Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on November 2, 2023. The inspection was initiated at the facility on November 6, 2023 from 8:11am to 9:05 am. The complaint was regarding allegations related to staffing and supervison and special care provision and emergencies. During the investigation,observation were completed and staff were interviewed. There were 21 children and 3 staff for ages 2-4, 1 staff with the 4 infants and 1 staff with 4 toddlers.

There was not a preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation to support the allegation ; therefore, the allegation is determined to be not valid.
