Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on November 12, 2025 The on-site inspection began at 10:22 am and ended at 1:37 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present and 7 staff supervising and 2 administrative staff on site. The inspector reviewed 10 children's records and 5 staff records onsite. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
