Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 14, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 41 children, ages 10 months through 5, in the care of 10 staff members. Three children and four staff records were reviewed and updated. No violations were found during this inspection.
