Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 18, 2023 beginning at 11:50 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. There were 49 children in care ages 15 months through 5 years old under the supervision of 8 staff. Classrooms, childcare areas, supplies, and materials were observed.

Documentation was reviewed including six children's records, three staff records, emergency drills, medication authorizations and allergy care plans. Six medications were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
