Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted on May 16, 2024 from 9:30 p.m. to 12 p.m. with the local agency in response to a self-report regarding forbidden action: rough handling. Additional interviews were conducted with the local agency onsite on June 4, 2024 from 10:50 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected, there was no noncompliance noted with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
An exit interview was conducted on site June 25, 2024.
