Inspector Notes
Unannounced, on-site monitoring inspections were initiated on November 24, 2025 and on December 4, 2025 and completed on December 8, 2025. The on-site inspection on November 24, 2025 began at 12:55 p.m. and ended at 5:30 p.m. The on-site inspection on December 4, 2025 began at 3:00 p.m. and ended at 4:05 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 51 children present and 9 staff on November 24, 2025. The inspector reviewed five children's records on-site on December 4, 2025 and four staff records remotely on December 8, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
