During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on November 24, 2025, December 4, 2025 and completed on January 14, 2026 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on November 19, 2025 relating to allegations of behavioral guidance and forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed five children?s records on-site on December 4, 2025 and four staff records electronically on December 8, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Additional interviews were conducted off-site.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
