Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:50am-1:40pm. There were 77 children in the direct care and supervision of 16 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, singing, eating and during bathroom procedures. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the director. Based on record review, a complete out of state background search was not completed for staff.

Evidence:
