Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/23/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:20am and ended at 11:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 58 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 5
children?s records and 4 staff member records on-site on 10/23/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1There was a broken wooden bench (broken wood slats) outside of the playground fence, a broken wooden (sharp edges of peeling wood) cabinet in the school-age room, and the vent in Infant A needs cleaning.
