Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/15/2023.The provider was present with 6 children totaling 19 points. Her assistant was sick and her husband was helping her at the time of the inspection. Observed the children eating lunch, playing and getting ready for nap.
Lunch today was Bologna, Bread, carrots and apples. Milk and water was offered as drinks.
The provider has lots of space for the children and lots of supplies to explore. Discussed the pool in the back yard, she does not use that for children in care. Reviewed 3 staff records and 3 children's records. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this summary.
