Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on August 19, 2021 and conducted on August 20, 2021. The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There are 55 children enrolled and staff were having an in service day. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
