A complaint was received by the Department on June 6, 2022, regarding the facility's maintenance and sanitation. An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety complaint inspection was made on October 18, 2022 from 9:40am to approximately 11:30am. Interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the inspection does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were found during this inspection.
