An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/09/2025 and completed on 10/17/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:12 pm and ended at 1:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
