Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/06/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:25 PM and ended at 2:05 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
This inspection included:

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and a violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1There was a container of spray glitter with a warning label on a shelf in the preschool classroom.
The spray glitter was immediately moved to a locked location. All staff will be reminded to check all products for warning labels and if there is a warning, the product must be kept in a locked cabinet when not in use.
