Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on December 28, 2021 and concluded on January 12, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 47 children supervised by 11 staff. The children were observed hand washing transition to lunch, circle time and resting.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, emergencies and nutrition.
The inspector reviewed on four children's record and 7 staff records. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
