Of three children's record reviewed, three did not have full address for one emergency contact.

Standard 8VAC20-790-640-A
Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be
kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

Inthe two's classroom, there were at least 10 cleaning products in an unlocked cabinet on the wall. In the toddler room, cleaning products were not stored in a locked place. In the Girl's bathroom, there was unlocked bleach solution. In the four's classroom, there were disinfectant wipes stored on top of a low file cabinet, unlocked.

There were no cots or rest mats for rest time. Fabric nappers were currently used.
