An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 1/31/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/17/2025 relating to allegations of programs. The inspector and administrator did not review any children?s records. One staff record was reviewed on-site. This inspection included document review, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
