Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 09/20/2022. There were 35 children, ages 4 years-12 years, and 7 staff members providing direct supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The children were observed in free choice activities and departure. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: health inspection. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 4 medications were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 4:30 pm and departed at 5:45 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations of the subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
