An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 07/23/2025 and completed on 07/31/2025. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site and 6 agent/applicant records electronically on 07/31/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
