A renewal monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/16/2022 and concluded on 3/24/2022. The director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 7 children present and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and12 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
