A complaint inspection was initiated on April 19, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received on April 17, 2023 in reference to ratios and health and sanitation. Documentation was gathered and interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
