After the first license, annual approval from the health department shall be provided, or approvals of a plan of correction, for meeting requirements for the water supply, sewage disposal system. The Report of Environmental Sanitation was overdue by 13 days.
Plan of Correction: Inspector came out in October. Moving forward I will have report ready for inspector to fill out at visit.
