This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/22/2021 and concluded on 10/28/2021. The n-charge person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 52 children present with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued
