Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:55 PM -4:00 PM. At the time of entrance, 39 children were in care with 5 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. Children were observed during free play in centers to include legos, blocks, board games and kitchen. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
