Violations
3Evidence:
In the center's lobby on shelf there was container of disinfecting wipes and a container of air freshener beads. These items were observed stored in an unlocked manner and labeled "keep out of reach of children" and at least one other statement "caution", "flammable" and "warning".
Evidence:
1.The menu for the current one-week period was not dated
2.The snack observed on 11-27-2023 for the 2?s and 3?s classroom and the 3?s and 4 `s classroom did not meet the USDA guidelines as only 1/8 up to1/4 cup of juice was served and 1/2 cup was required.
Evidence:
The tables in the 3?s and 4?s room was not sanitized after the children finished eating snack as the staff sprayed the table with bleach/water solution and then immediately wiped down the table with a towel. "Sanitized" means treated in such a way to remove bacteria and viruses from inanimate surfaces through using a disinfectant solution (i.e., bleach solution or commercial chemical disinfectant) or physical agent (e.g., heat). The surface of the item is sprayed or dipped into the disinfectant solution and allowed to air dry on the surface for a minimum of two minutes or according to the disinfectant solution instructions.
