Inspector Notes
Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced on-site complaint inspection conducted on May 2, 2022. The inspection was held from 9:50a.m. to 11:25a.m. At the time of arrival there were 99 children in the care of 10 staff members. There were three extra staff members available to assist if needed. There were 110 children enrolled in the program. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on April 28, 2022. The complaint was related to the Administration, Staff and Supervision, and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies sections of the licensing standards. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations of the licensing standards issued. Five staff members were interviewed and one child's record was reviewed.
