Inspector Notes

An in-person complaint inspection was initiated on 11/30/21 and concluded on 12/21/21. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, care and protection of children in the toddler classroom. Classroom observations were made and 5 staff members were interviewed, 2 children's records, incident reports and the center's policies were also reviewed to complete the investigation. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards.
