Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:50am12:51pm. There were 55 children in the direct care and supervision of 14 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, playing outside, returning from a walk and playing inside. Two new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the director. Cleaning supplies were located on a sink in the "Infants" room.
Evidence:
The evacuation drill for September was not conducted.
Evidence:
Refrigerated bottles located in the infant room of Child A and Child B were not dated.
Evidence:
1) The record of Child C was missing the employer phone numbers of both parents.
2) The record of Child D was missing the employer phone number of the father and the employer and employer phone number of the mother.
