Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:20pm-3:40pm. There were 65 children in the direct care and supervision of 13 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, eating, and singing. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. 4Evidence:
Staff A did not have a complete out of state central registry search on file. Staff A has lived in MD within the last 5 years.
Evidence:
A staff member confirmed that a child was moved from the "Purple Butterflies" room to the "Orange Butterflies" room to maintain ration in the "Purple Butterflies" room.
Evidence:
2 of 5 minor injury records reviewed were missing the time in which the parent was notified of the injury.
Evidence:
The findings of the inspection that occurred 09/222 were not posted.
