Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:25pm to 2:20 pm. There were 18 children in care of 7 staff members. The children were observed napping, getting diapered and preparing for PM snack. The PM snack included crackers and apple juice. Medications, 3 staff records, 3 children's records, emergency drills and attendance records were reviewed.
