Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted onsite on 03/16/2023 and concluded with an electronic record review on 03/22/2023. There were 29 children, ages 3 years- 5 years, 5 staff members providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. Staff records are kept at the corporate office and will be reviewed at a later date. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during mealtime, teacher directed activities, outdoor time, self-directed, and self-chosen tasks. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, 4 officer/agent records, and 2 medications were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the staff: playground, evacuation drills, and allergy plans. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:15 am and departed at 11:30 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law and violations. No violations were issued.
