Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 7 children present with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed hand washing, singing songs and playing with floor toys. Lunch served today included Chicken Nuggets, tomato soup, green beans, oranges and milk. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection, the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were cited.
