Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on December 6, 2022. There were 7 children with (18 points) with 3 caregivers. The home, children's records, caregiver records, menu's, first aid kits, emergency preparedness plans and procedures were reviewed. The children were observed singing songs and playing an alphabet game. The lunch to be served was chicken fingers, broccoli, cantaloupe. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
