Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 10, 2023. There were 11 children present (30 points) with 3 caregivers supervising. The home, children's records, caregiver records, menu's, bottles, attendance logs, evacuation logs, first aid kits and sleeping areas were reviewed. There were no violations cited on this visit. The children were observed playing outside and preparing for lunch. Lunch consisted of spaghetti, cucumbers, carrots, watermelon and milk.
