Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 3, 2023, from 10:00am-11:15am. At the time of entrance, ( 8) children ( 23 ) points were in care with ( 2) caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. Children were observed engaged in learning the #3, writing the #3 and coloring the 3 Little Pigs, and toy play. No medications were on site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
