Inspector Notes

A complaint concerning supervision and forbidden actions of children was received in the licensing office on April 24, 2023. An on-site investigation was initiated on April 25, 2023 between 9:00am and 3:40pm and was completed on 5/2/2023. Interviews with the management team and staff were conducted. The video recorded on April 21, 2023 was observed. Areas inspected for compliance included administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, 2 staff records, 1 child record and programming.
