Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on February 13, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 9:10am and ended at 1:00pm. There were 12 staff with 58 children in 6 classrooms at the time of the visit. Children were observed engaged in small group activities, painting, art, story time, playing with various manipulatives, diapering, handwashing, and during rest time. The physical plant, children's files, medication, emergency preparedness procedures, and fire drill logs were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
