Inspector Notes

An unannounced focus inspection was conducted on May 7, 2024 to review the intensive plan of correction and to follow-up on previous violations. There were a total of 48 children with 10 staff members supervising. Children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys and materials, engaged in group activities and eating breakfast. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staff records, and special care and emergencies. The information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
