Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 02/18/2025 and completed on 03/12/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/13/2025 relating to allegations of child abuse and neglect. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
