Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 12/04/2025 and completed on 12/08/2025, with a local agencies, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/21/2025 relating to allegations of forbidden action. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
