An unannounced on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 07/24/2023. There were 10 children, ages 8 months-5 years at 30 points, and 2 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: nap. . A total of 4 children?s records and 2 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with subsidy. The inspector arrived at 1:00- 2 pm.
