An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 28, 2023 in response to a self-reported incident that was received on June 21, 2023 in reference to food allergy management. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards regarding the self-report.
