Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on August 14, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 a.m. and ended at 12:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 79 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on August 22, 2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Areas and equipment of the center, inside, shall be maintained in a safe condition. Chipped paint was observed in two classrooms, within reach of children.

Over-the-counter skin products shall not be kept beyond the expiration date of the product. There were six over-the-counter skin products that were kept beyond the expiration date of the product.

Sunscreen shall be labeled with the child's name and inaccessible to children under five years of age. There were multiple sunscreens accessible to children under five years of age in three classrooms. One sunscreen was not labeled with the child's name.

Diaper ointment or cream shall be labeled with the child's name and inaccessible to children. There were multiple diaper ointments and creams accessible to children in three classrooms. One diaper cream was not labeled with the child's name.
