A complaint was received and initiated on September 5, 2023 and concluded on September 19, 2024 alleging inappropriate discipline. During the investigation parents, a child and staff were interviewed. An onsite inspection was conducted and video footage was reviewed. A child and staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation and the complaint is found to be not valid.
