An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 3, 2024 and completed on September 5, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 4:14pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 55 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and 11 staff records on-site OR electronically on September 5, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations
