Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on April 2, 2025 and completed on April 2, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 AM and ended at 10:30 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were five children present and one caregiver; the point total was 9. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
