Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 9:15 a.m. with the program director. There were 84 children in care ranging in age from 2 years old through 5 years old under the care and supervision of 14 staff. Children were observed during morning meetings, story time, craft and art activities, practicing graduation songs, playing with playdoh.
Classrooms, supplies and materials were observed. Seven children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Nine medications and authorizations were reviewed and in compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
