Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/09/2023 from 10:25am to 11:40am. There were no children onsite at the time of inspection due to a teacher work day and parent conference day. There were 14 staff present at the center doing class prep work. The physical plant, outdoor playground areas, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 3 medications with corresponding authorization records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies and policies were reviewed. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
