An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 07/10/2024 and completed on 07/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:30am and ended at 12:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. CDC: There were 35 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed no children?s records and no staff records on-site. This inspection included document review tour of the facility, interviews, observations.
