Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on concluded on July 30, 2024. And the inspection concluded on July 30, 2024. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on August 13,2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure current certfication in CPR appropriate to the ages of children in care. The training include an in-person competency demonstration.

Evidence:
Staff #4 did not have CPR certification that included in-person competency. Staff #4 was hired in April 2024.
Plan of Correction: Training was obtained 08/07/24. School mangement will ensure all staff complete required trainings upon hire.
